Returns
30 Days
Any new product purchased from Six Day Store is eligible for return within 30 days of shipment, as determined by the shipment date of the order and the date of the return per the shipping company's publicly available tracking.
Used items, "open box" or discounted ones marked as "slight second" are not returnable.
Items must be returned unopened, with original tags, including any manuals and in original packaging.
Opened Items
Six Day Store accepts open box returns as well and will provide a full refund whenever possible, provided there are no sign of use or wear on the product.
However, we do reserve the right to provide only partial or no refund at all for any opened items subject to the item's condition upon receiving it.
Electrical items including fuel pumps must be in a sealed original box in order to be returnable.
Money Back
The value of purchased items will be returned to the customer's original form of payment.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The exception is in the case of a defective product, where with pre-approval Six Day Store will fully reimburse shipping costs.
Six Day reserves the right to charge restocking fees.
Damages and Issues
In the event that an item you ordered arrives damaged, you may return the item for a replacement or a full refund.
You will not be responsible for the shipping costs to return or replace the item.
To report damage take pictures of the damaged item and the box with shipping label clearly visible and email them to returns@6day.store.
Important Note About Deliveries by Freight
We encourage you to take a picture and inspect the packaging of the item before you accept the item from the carrier.
Please make a note on the delivery receipt if you find any irregularities to the packaging prior to the delivery agent leaving. This includes torn shrink wrap, dents and/or tears in packaging, damage to pallet, etc.
Do not sign the delivery slip until items have been inspected.
If the item is damaged, write "Damaged" on the delivery receipt, then sign.
If you don't have a chance to open the box and thoroughly check, write "Subject to concealed damage" on the delivery receipt, then sign.
Please report any damages or concerns to returns@6day.store within 24 hours of delivery.
